We're so glad to welcome you to O Siiem, our appointment-only studio in Albuquerque, NM. As a small, Indigenous, queer-owned shop, we're excited for you to join us and experience our inclusive environment while taking advantage of our beautiful space.

Studio Cut/Supplies:

  • Our rate is on a sliding scale of 15-25% or flat rate based on amount of days.

  • We encourage Black and Indigenous artists to pay on the low end of the scale, and non POC artists to pay at the top. Artists keep all their tips. We don’t have a shop minimum, and artists can set their own rate

  • Please make payment at the end of your stay.

  • We supply all cleaning and general tattoo supplies (drape sheets, pillow cases, disposable razors, tongue depressors, green soap, madacide, paper towels, dental bibs, and cling wrap). You will also have access to a station with furniture.

  • You will need to bring your own machines, needles, tubes, inks, gloves, and any other special/specific supplies that you use.

  • We have Bluetooth stencil printers that connect directly to your iPad.

  • All new clients must fill out a consent form, which is accessed via QR code.

  • There is plenty of free parking around the neighborhood, and paid meter parking directly in front of the building.

  • Please provide us proof of your up-to-date Blood Borne Pathogens, this is required for all guests. If you need to renew, click here.

Scheduling:

Please try to schedule your appointments between 11am and 8pm.

Let us know your schedule ahead of your stay, so we can organize someone to meet you and drop off the guest key and do a shop tour.

You are responsible for your own scheduling. We recommend that you take a non-refundable deposit to protect against no-shows and cancellations.

Safety + Responsibilities:

  • At the end of each workday, please put all supplies away, wipe all your station surfaces and take out any full garbage. You will be given a key to lock up the space, and codes to arm building. We ask that you just be mindful and clean up any dropped paper, food crumbs and ink spills that happen throughout your stay. All shop cleaning supplies can be found in the large white cabinet and the closet in the hall.

  • Please help keep our space safe by not allowing clients to get tattooed while they are  intoxicated/inebriated. Please do not bring any drugs or alcohol into the studio.

  • We are not responsible for any of your equipment being lost/broken/damaged during your stay. Please keep all your equipment safe by putting it all away at the end of your workday.

  • If you are alone in the studio, please keep all public doors locked for your safety.

Shop Conduct + Policy:

We are all dedicated to making O Siiem a safe space.

Racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, body shaming, hate or bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated.

Please ensure that clients understand this. Let us know if you or your client are feeling uncomfortable at any point.

  • Please let us know if there are any other accommodations that you may require.

  • Our shop is located in a shared building, with an ADA accessible ramp and restroom.

  • There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink and drinking water fountain.
